Tune-up advice please...

i know i keep posting about my god damn tune-up and i think this is a re-post but what do i need to have done to my car...ok it has 107,000 km and the last time i got a tune-up was at like 60,000 other than regular oil change ofcourse...
i never had any problems with the car, none what so ever...but its time for a majorrrr tune-up...

im guessing i need a timing belt and water pump asap correct?
what else...spark plugs, wires etc...??

Normal service 160000 kms before timing belt is needed
Severe service 100000 kms before timing belt is needed

Look at your manual... there is a chart there. It's also available here:
