tranny rebuild
hey guys,

Just wondering who here can reccomend someone to do a transmission rebuild?

i need 2-3 synchro replaced...i'll provide the synchro..

anyone have an idea around how much this will cost?

it would probably be cheaper to just pick up a used tranny and pop that in... i picked up a 99 Y8 tranny with clutch/flywheel etc for $200

yah..but i dont want to risk picking up a transmission that would grind from 2nd- 3rd..

where did you get urs from?

I have a Y8 and i got all the syncros rebuilt by altech. cost me 1200$
but the Tranny is BULLETPROOF
