Tranny leaking at driveshaft?
 
I recently installed a new driveshaft on my car and it is now leaking where in shaft eneters the tranny. It is a 5 spd ef civic hatch.

does anyone know why?

well its an axle seal, but ya. A seal going bad is usually a sign that your differential is starting to wear down. But since you swapped axles, thats most likely the why the seal went

I don't quite understand. Please explain how a worn rubber seal would indicate a worn differential?

without getting into too much detail, the differential moves side to side is basically what happens. If you want to learn more about it, research it.
