Try a search. There are a few tranny fluid threads already. GM or Pennzoil syncromesh or OEM Honda. Engine oil is only used as a last resort.

i think they are 5-10 per quart and i beleive you will need 2 and a bit so 3 in total....you should just return both those products....the gear oil for sure is useless.

A transmission is not something you should be trying to cheap out on because its an expensive part which requires a lot of labour to replace. Go to honda and get the right stuff then you can not go wrong

As for the syncromesh it is aproximatly the same price and you can buy it at a GM dealership....if your tranny has been working fine i do not see any reason to use this over the honda stuff. Some people switch over to the syncromesh if they are experiancing slight grinds and it will sometimes stop those slight grinds.

There are 2 bolts on the tranny on the passenger side on the engine. The lower which is a 1/2 rachet is the drain and the upper hole which is 19mm I think is the fill. Drain out the old stuff abd use a funnel and a tube about 12" long to fill it from above. It should take around 2 bottles.

This should help.
