Tranny Bearings

how bad is it when the tranny bearings are going is it really bad to let it go or how much would it be to get it fixed

Is it the release bearing? Don't let it go unnotice for too long, I waited 8 months to have mine replaced. Sometimes its just not the bearing that needs replacing, other parts of the clutch may need replacing too. I paid $520 to get my bearing and pressure plate replaced.

if your talking about internal bearings your better off to get a used tranny is good working order... i got a 99dx tranny for $200 with clutch
