Tires

I purchased a set of rota wheels 15" i believe 40 offset.. my ride is lowered 2.25" and i'm going to get an ingalls control arm camber kit.. and just wondering on tire sizes and issues

i was thinking 205/55/15
do you think i will rub? should i stick with 195/55/15
just looking for opinions

I would go with the smaller size tire bc with 195's it already
doesn't give much room for positive camber.

right now i'm rocking 185/60/14 and i have no problems and there is still a wheel gap so i don't think i'd have problems with the outer fender.. as for the ineer i'm not sure... would 50 series make it have a larger wheel gap? i'm happy with how it fits now.. thats why i went 55 as for 205 still unsure.. i'm getting mixed opinions from people on and off the board

for every inch thats there now aren't you only suppose to go down by a 5 in the series? i'm rocking 60 on 14's so the equivilant would be 55 on a 15 no?

keep in mind V8hunter, that number is aspect ratio, if the width of of tire changes your method doesn't work anymore, my stock rims are 175/70/r13, my rims have 205/45/r16 on them, which is actually the wrong size but I bought them used and that's what came with them, the correct tire size for those rims on my car would be 205/40/16 (I'll get those next season, for now ah well).
I suggest you go here

i have 205/50/15's with a 1.75" drop and i also have no problems. 205/50/15 is a pretty common size so there is a pretty big selection.
