i checked the stock tire size on a 93 civic hatch and the stock size shows:

bolt pattern 4-100
offset: +38mm

i was wondering if can put on 195 70 14 on 4 x 114.3 on the car without problems. these are just everyday driving tires.

unless you convert to a 114.3 bolt pattern... no

195/70/14, that's a tall tire profile I would image.

Bolt pattern aren't the same though.
