tire question
 

its almost time to get ready for winter. my car is lowered about 1.7" and i am driving it throughout the winter. im currently on 13" tires. would getting 15" lift my car off the ground at all and help me get over the snow? or will it just tuck the tire under into the wheel well more and not lift anything? the main problem is my muffler hangs so low to the ground and i dont know if theres a way to tuck it in better. So i guess what im asking is: should i get 15" snow tires, or should i just pay to get my exhaust tucked away nicely somehow and get 13" snow tires.
