What does everyone set their tire pressure at? Why do you set it that way?

I personally like a firmer ride, so on my EK (stock 185/65/14's), I set em at 33 psi front and 31 psi rear.

32 is generally normal but depends on the tire too. people say go by what it says in the door jam and not on the tire...good advice if running stock size...but if running different size its not set in stone.

Toyo recommend 40psi for 205/40/17 proxes 4, i run my 195/55/15 winters at 38psi and for summer my hankook z212's at 36 front, 40 rear. anything 28-38 is not going to hurt anything, but 28 is on the softer side and 38 is on the firmer side. as long as the tire is wearing normalm it dosen't matter
