When is a good time to get your timing belt and water pump changed? I have a 99' civic sedan with 132000 Kms on it. I know the recommended Honda schedule says 7years/168000 Kms but people have been telling me to get it done earlier to be safe. I want to get an idea of what some of the people here think. Thanks.
