timing belt

hi
this is probably a newb question, my timing belt is pretty loose by the rad, was wondering if it is the belt tensioner or if the timing belt needs to be replaced.
oh its a sohc zc. and where would i be able to grab the timing belt? can i use the d16a6, d15b7, d16z6, d16y8 timing belts?

d16a6 timing belt is the same as the sohc zc timing belt along with everything else on the motor is the same as the d16a6...its basically a d16a6 with a mystery cam

how many mileage on your timing belt? if not much, loose (don't take the bolt off) the tighten bolt on tensioner. rotate the mainshaft for 2-3 turns in anti clockwise direction. tight the bolt on tensioner after it. that's it.
