Ticking noise... another car won't start thread
So I was out teaching my brother to drive stick and he stalled the car a few times. After one stall (forgot to put the clutch in and came to complete stop), now the car won't start again.
When the key it turned to the on position I hear a click from the driver's side then another click from the passenger's side. I thought, OK it's the battery so I got CAA to come give me a jump. No luck, the car still won't turn over. The tow truck driver says it's my starter.
I have no idea. I'm a noob to cars, I'm still learning.
Is he right? Any ideas?

if your a noob with cars you have to tow it to a shop unforunately..
Where i would start is to see if your getting battery voltage to the starter main wire.. then see if theres power going to the soleniod when someone cranks it. If you are.. replace the starter.
But could also be a bad connection somewhere..
