thumping clunk from rear wheel???

1990 ef civic..drum brakes.. driving home lastn ight as i was slowing down i started to hear a thump thump thump that clunks along and increases relative to my speed..

it also seems to vibrate through the car a bit to the point i could hear it coming from the right rear area..also it stops if i apply the brakes..

im think its a wheel bearing or something related but cant be sure?

Could be the rear trailing arm bushing gone south.

when i had my 94 integra this happend ot me i drove on it for weeks till the wheel almost fell off :( that was a mistake lol, what it was was one of the lugs if thats what ud call it was weak or had broken off im not to sure, anyways so i took a corner and a 2nd fell off, so i had it towed to honda and it was a simple cheap fix, get it checked out by honda, there usualy really good, here in woodstock they wouldnt charge u to look at that :D
