throw out bearing? (93 civic)

throw out bearing? (93 civic)

soo my buddy just picked up a 93 civic DX but it needs a throw out bearing (yes we know it does forsure) anyways im gonna help him pull the tranny and all. but can anyone explain how too change the acutal throw out bearing? im sure its not hard just never did it before...pics are great help if anyones got any as well thanks

the bearing on that one just slides off the shaft. Dont forget to lubricate the shaft when putting it back on.

as well as put some lube on the clutch fork contacts, they tend to squeek when really dry. Dont actually lube the bearing though.

but like mike said, the bearing itself slides off the fork. its pretty easy to figure out while you are looking at it.
