BBK is a popular one... in your case, I'd go for a B-series one. You can find them cheap at clubsi.com or honda-tech... plus the benefit is that most of them are local to you.

B-series t/bs bolt up to the D-series and are well sized.

bolt right up, change the gasket, no wiring needed, but you may have to get your tps calibrated .

Spoon's 70mm TB is dope, nice upgrade indeed.

It would be cool if you could join us when you do take the road trip to Toronto.

well if i ever do go up there i will be sure to stop by! will that spoon throttle body work ok with slight mods, or is it tuned for high performance engines?
also: would i need to port match anything to make it fit a y8, like my intake or intake manifold? and if i get a skunk2 manifold will it still work?

I believe most import TB and Intake manifold are geared towards B series engine. I am not expert but I would think they will bolt on nicely.

As for Port & Polish, it will increase air flow but not sure if it is needed with your new TB. That 70mm hole will grant you more air already. P&P will be awesome if you are hardcore engine modder.
