I gives you a bit more air in there... I cleaned it breaths much better plus there is this little whistling noise in the intake when you accelarate...
I think you get a bit more torque as well...

Get a tuneup and timing adjustment...

If it has been a while since your motor has seen a mechanic other than you...

New plugs, wires, cap and distributor...

You engine will thank you...

Run a bit better too..

Over time your TB and IM gets dirty, you can either clean it out or leave it alone. I love my car which is why I i clean it out. Don't expect any gains from it cuz that won't happen unless it is extremely dirty right now.

This is a maintenance thing like changing your oil, or spark plugs.. costs less than $10, any retard can do it in less than 15 minutes and it doesn't harm any, and keeps your TB and IM clean, which is the gateway for air getting into your motor. why wouldn't you want this clean?

Its not gonna increase you performance much if at all..

Mostly in your head...

Most people will put the same scummy airfilter back on anyway...

Most people don't clean the intake plenum...

If your gonna do it do it right..

Yeah that was me

Basically when you spray the cleaner and rev simultaneously the vacuum effect will suck everything right through, cleaning your TB, IM, intake runners, and even your combustion chambers a little in the process... it's not like you have to take anything apart and spray different components separatly to get everything clean, just disconnect your intake tube right at the TB and you're set. easy job and keeps crap from building up in your TB/IM system.

Cleaned mine yesterday
Its nice and I noticed engine runs a tad better with the air flow which is nice, and its good to know I've done at least some maintenance...hehe

I did mine on saturday and I noticed it was dirty before but cleener after using it.

I also wiped out the inner part of it with a rag too. Got some black on the rag!!!!
