Tanabe exhaust?

I was talking to someone awhile back about an exhaust and I think he told me that the tanabe medallion? exhaust isn't very loud or whiney. Can anyone confirm or point me in another direction?

I hate referring people to Honda-Tech, but I found this thread to be great.

I got a Tanabe right now, and dam its loud! especially on the inside of the car, on the highway forget about talking to anyone!

I really hate it now, trying to find a new one, so when I do, you can have my Tanabe if ya want

NO! Take mine first! It's already off the car too.
The muffler is just there for looks IMO.
You may as well run a straight pipe to the back, cuz that's how loud it is!

Which Tanabe exhaust? The Super Medailion Racing is a straight through design and quite loud, my guess is thats the one most people in this post are talking about. The other catback they offer is the Super Medalion Hyper, a street design that isn't loud at all. Both are full stainless and great build quality imo.
