Switching suspension
Should I bother switching back to stock suspension for the winter?
I didn't do it last year and everything seemed fine - cleared most snow banks.
What do ya think?
Will you be switching?

For the most part, it doesn't matter. As far as rust is concerned, if you wash it frequently, it won't occur that fast. Factory Honda suspension is steel, and mine looks fairly good and rust free to me.
If you can raise it, ya sure. If you can't, I don't see it would be a problem as someone I know only has less of a coke can clearance under the front lip and he drives it day in day out.

the only reason I can see to raise a car during the winter is if you have bad camber. You can have snow tires but they won't be as good (talking from experience) because of the uneven contact to the snowy surface. I still had no problems digging through the snow...I just had to be careful when stopping in snow...didn't feel too good.

I might try putting my stockys on this winter - just to try it out.
Doesn't cost me anything so why the hell not!
I just got all worried b/c last year my exhaust actually got ripped off the hangers b/c it was scraping the snow too much.
Thanks guys!
