switched to Mobil 1 syn oil
 

so my car is a 99 1.6el with around 96k
i ran the honda oil since day 1 but last week i switched to mobil 1 synthetic oil cuz i got it on sale.
any problems with me doing this?
the car has no issues with leaks or anything.

also how long can i store the oil so i can use it later for oil chcnages because i got a few jugs since it was on sale.

I wouldn't think there is a problem switching over.

As long as the jug is not opened, you can stored it for a year or two. Usually by then, your supplies would be out anyway.
