Sway bar

I am planning on getting the sway bars before the piston mod. I have heard some bad reps on them. Some say that the bars will cause ripes to the body frame, is that true? I figure, Prelude type SH has stock ones, Honda would not have put them in if it would cause problems, right? Likewise, for any other cars.

haha I'm the only one answering you right now

umm..tell us what your car is please!

There's nothing wrong with sway bars, you just gotta do the right preparation to prevent LCA's ripping and ****

a rear sway bar will greatly reduce the roll you feel in a turn and will make driving that much more fun while doing so And no, it's not like the feeling you get when you install a front strut bar hehe

sway bars alter the handling of the car. which ever end has the thicker bar, that is the end that will slide.
and no, a thick sway bar does not rip the LCA. it rips the subframe.

BEAKS

You'll only need the BEAKS kit if you're adding a larger sway bar such as an ITR sway. The standard swaybars for GSRs or Civics that were so equipped do not require them, just the LCAs, etc.

yeah my mistake, it won't rip the LCA, it'll rip apart the rear cross member, and you definetely don't want to replace that

Beaks will garantee to work right? I checked it out, the product is pretty sound, but does it have to be BEAKS, can it be another name brand? If they are really good, then I'll buy it at any price. The sway bars is a must for me, if there is any warning or dangerous details that I don'y know about, then please tell me. I am very serious about this setup or it anyone have any better suggestions for stiffer handling I would like to heard all about it.

Owned the following:
-rear under bar
- upper struts bar
- under front bar

Thanks guys...
