swapping suspension

is it possible to do myself if i have everything assembled? what are the torque specs for each bolt and which do i have to remove? 00 coupe going form coilevers to stock , asemblies still intact, so im just takeing out the assembly with the coils and putting in a stock one i purchased

it should take no more than 3 hrs total, but for the love of god get a service manual so you don't ask questions like what bolt to take out. a service manual will also have torque specs.
