Swap Info Needed
Hey guys i have a 93 civic si hatch currently i have a turbocharged b16 in it bu the motor is starting to go due to some serious abuse so now i was thinking that maybe i was gonna take out the b16 and go with Ls turbocharged i have asked some peoples opinion and im still lost some people say Ls cause apparently its a good motor for forced induction then some people say b16. My plans are to pull out the b16 and watever motor im gonna put in there next im gonna do some internal work to it first. Now im looking to build a motor that is bang for the buck the best and that is gonna be reliabe and can witstand some abuse. Can anyone please make some suggestions
Thanx

I would go with an LS motor because of their factory low compression and because they have long geared trannys.
You can build w/e motor you want on the side once the LS is in. Just make sure to get a new basemap, street tune after you swap the new motor in (unless its a b16.. but id still get it street tuned)
edit: also LS's are everywhere.. and are cheap as ****
