Suspension Set-Up Auto Cross

Just wondering what alignment set-up works best for handling on a 91 SI if anyone knows or has seen anything it would be greatly appreciated!

since this is for autocross I'll ask the importnat question:

what class do you want to run in?

Stock?
Super stock?
Street prepared?
Modified?

pick a class then I'll make some recommendations. I also highly recommend EXPERIENCE, see no 2 drivers will come up with the same setup every driver is different and as such car setups have to be different. on that same note I'd recommend experience nothing beats driver experience get as much seat time as you can.

I'd also recommend a set of R compound tires, if your going to be serious about autocross

What i am basicaly looking for is to change my settings when i take it in to get my alignment done. You autocross guys seem to know more about this kind of stuff then someone else so I was wondering what the best settings are for day to day street driving. I don't care how my tires wear just want my car to react quickly to input and hold corners a bit better.

add half a minute of toe out to the rears....

and align the fronts to be straight....

and have them do the alignment with you in the driver seat...

Can all this be done with the stock set-up except for springs and shocks being replaced?

I changed my mind.. ok set the rears to be straight and toe out the fronts 1/8 inch and that should work well for a stock setup....

with srings and shocks that will lower your right hieght and increase negative camber so in that respect you should set the toe to something that works trial and error can be fun
