suspension issue i think
 

im getting a noise from my front suspension, its quiet thudding noise as the car is driving straight not on turns (like cv clicking) any ideas

its on a eg hatch

Possible upper balljoint. Give the wheel a good tug and see if there's any give.

ive checked the wheels to see if they move at all either for ball joints and bearings but no movement

my car is dumped

could my axles be the cause of it because of suck a different angle on them?

naw, it's still ball joints. you get noise before you get noticable play. also, have you checked the LOWER ball joints. odds are esp if the car is dumped, that you will need both upper and lower ball joints.... it's just good general maintenance, esp on a dumped car with some turbo power.
