Arrow Suspension install help

Hey, I will be installing 2000 SiR springs onto my 92 si HB, and I was wondering if there is anything in particular that I should be concerned with, besides putting the springs upside down, or something stupid like that. From what I acn see, and have been told, it's seems pretty straight forward. Any advice from people who have done this would be great.

Thanks,
Shane

Try and remove the rear lower shock bolt first, I had mine snap and it would have been cheaper to have someone else install them.

Use a spring compresser that you can rent from CT for free.
You may run into a problem with the nut on the top of the shock tower. Make sure you use the right size allen key.

Thanks, yeah, I will deffinetly make sure the allen key fits real snug.
When I jack the car up, shouldn't the shock come out enough to remove and reinstall the new spring? or do I have to take out the whole shock?

The whole shock has to be removed in order to install springs. If these are the stock spring I suggest you look into how much it would cost to get them installed. I had a lot of problems with my 95 shocks so much that I had to bucher them in order to get the peices for my new shocks.

I will never install my own shocks again unless I have all the proper tools and maybe air tools, to me it's easier to let someone else worry about it.

Really, well, I'll check it out tomorrow, but if things look like they are beyond me, I'll quit and get someone else to do it, but I still have to try. Thanks for all the info.
