there isn't a way to get a gas strut repaired is there?

once they're gone, they're gone???


or is there anyway to make them not too bad even if they are shot. a way to stiffen them up perhaps?

some are rebuildable... most are not. Even if they are, they gotta be sent out unless they are field servicable - which unless they are like Ohlins or another mega $$$ shock - not likely.

Scrap metal... I wish all shocks were like Fox shox, I had a set on my snowmobile, I rebuilt them myself every season... unfourtunately unless you bought super expensive auto shocks, they need to be replaced...

a lot of mountain bike shocks are rebuildable too

yep Roxshox are...I havent had to rebuild mine yet tho, they are tough ass mofos, I beat on them and they still keep dampening...

these are koni reds, about a year and a half old...

Koni's are re-buildable .... but im not sure if they have to be sent out ...

I thought he was talking about OEM shocks... If konis are rebuildable im sure you would have to send them back to the factory, and im sure it would be lots off $$... The best way to find out would be the obvious...Give Koni a ring!

it is a pretty low drop. my car's stock height is stupid high so...

there are some serious bumps around here - i live in the country... some bad roads, some roads you can't even go down.
