whoa seems like i missed alot ...these mounts are awsome.. i called the guy.. lifetime warenty and they stand by their product. i actually did by an avid shift linkage which was about 200$ if you want i can find the phone number again.. also an obx short shifter and have a custom made shift **** (avatar) shifter and nuespeed bushings came to 40$ us plus shipping.. wiring is pretty much done (signature).. and about the drive shafts... like cynikal said the stock B16a passenger side fits and the 90-93 integra non-abs fits the driver.. i used the stock intermediate shaft and took the boot off and switched it .. with the bearings.. to the new axel.. fit perfectly.. but i couldn't get the clip AS tight as before but now its all good i'll go take some pictures of my mounts and post em up in a couple minutes

apperently modded shift linkages are the greatest way to go you may have problems goins into gears cuz its not "perfect" unless it is..

if you buy these mounts you will need three extended bolts.. i had them laying around. you can probrobly get them from a hardware store.. make sure its the right pitch and diatmeter ( two for tranny) and one for rear mount.. since the stock mount drivers side is over 1/2" thick and this is about half that.. there isn't enough thread on the bolts so you wil have to make a spacer.. my dad made these two for me

i'll post some more pictures later

Thanks V8hunter

Im back yet another question, today i took off my stock dx harness, just cause sum1 is coming for my old motor tomorrow, so i tried lining up what plugs connect to the b16, (i still havent taken the harness off it < I will tomorrow) But right away i ran into a problem , do i have to rewire one of my distubuter plugs using the b16 connector? beucase one plugs right in and the other doesnt, Dx is a small rectangle and the b16 is a circle.??

Ps. SHould i take anything else off the dx motor? That im gunna need,?

yes you have to rewire it.. its pretty easy use the b16 harness and cut the circle plug with a couple inches of wire then you match up the connectors.. they are all easy to tell apart i e with diff stripe.. but youll come across two white wires that look the same.. but if you look closely ones is a 16 gauge wire and one is a 18 gauge wire.. so match those up.. youll have two left over wires blue/green and blue/yellow.. i believe (i'l double check) C1 connects to blue/green and c2 connects to blue/yellow..

what do you mean "should i take ne thing else of the dx motor?"

I mean is there anything else i should take off the dx motor because its gunna be gone tomorrow. So the extra wires i just run to the ecu, C1 and C2

auto .. wow thats sucks.. shouldn't be TOO bad i would htink that the clutch pedal install would be the hardest part
use this for the
Auto to manual conversion

you going to have to add two injectors.. but if you follow the ecu chart on that site you should be ok .. if i find a write up i have i'll post it for you

You may need a clutch cable from a 90-93 Integra. I thought I could modify my Si one to fit, but it wouldn't. Worth looking into.

Im gunna head down to honda today to pick up my throttle cable , ill order a clutch cable as well, Are there any brackets that i need? To install the cable??

Im also going to buy oil and tranny fluid, Anything in particular u guys recommand?

Im not going to be beating the **** out of the car, but i will drive it like its meant to be driven, SO im thinking honda tranny fluid will do, and no need for synthetic oil?

Hey markpa, home safely!! Thanks for the motor Man that sucker is heavy! Went to Home Depot and got some rope so it was rock solid after... but getting to home depot I was sweatin' cuz the motor rocked around so much

yeah, run synth oil (at least mobil 1) and use Honda tranny fluid... if you have any problems with Honda tranny fluid, try GM Synchromesh fluid.

also markpa, as promissed:

Axles for EFs
I first tried '90-3 Integra axles. This seems to be the quick fix in all the speed shops I have visited so far. Problem is they don't always work. Why? One of the axles is a tad bit too long and if the B16A is mis-installed then the axles will not fit.
After going through the books at a Master (Axle) Rebuilder's, it was found out that the perfect fit from a US part would be attained with '86-9 Integra axles. I am using 88s.

For those with access to JDM Honda parts you can get either of the following sets of axles:
RH Axle (No ALB - early ABS system, optional on EF8-9) 44305-SH2-G02
RH Axle ALB 44305-SH2-G72
LH Axle (No ALB) 44306-SH2-G02
LH Axle ALB 44306-SH2-G72
The following JDM axles will also work:
RH Axle (No ALB) 44010-SH3-N11
LH Axle (No ALB) 44011-SH3-N11
Intermediate shaft 44500-SH3-N10
LH & RH front hub 44600-SK7-000
The Honda Motor Co. UK EE8 B16A service manual states that upon reassembly of the driveshafts, their length ought to be adjusted to 463.6 ~ 468.6 mm (18.25 ~ 18.45 in). Then the boots ought to be adjusted halfway between full compression and extension.

here is the axle info!

you could buy a new one.. but i don't think its worth the money.. i'm just modifying my b16 one.. its about an inch too long.. so i'm cutting it and rewelding it..

linkage info from a CRX B16A swap:

Shift linkage for EFs, EGs, and EKs
If you want a nice chunky, heavy kind of feeling to your shifting I recommend you find yourself a GS-R's shift linkage and cut it down to size. It took a little over 2 inches off to make mine fit.
