Starting problem
I have a 91 si,stock engine ,well today i was drivin for about maybe 30 mins to my bros gf's house than we went inside to get her turned the car off and when i came out to start the car there was no power no nothin, couldn't even get power to read the clock,But maybe like 15-20mins later i went out side and tried to start it and we got it going. Now would the problem be:A-Starter is gone or B alternator needs to be replace.

So no clock? no dome light? no door chime?
I'm gonna assume if u got no dome light or chime then it's most likely a bad battery connection.
If your alternator was dead and you were driving then your radio shoulda died.

I've seen similar instances of a dying main relay... it overheats then once it cools down it's functional again. It is NOT your alternator.
Starter... maybe. On some cars after a long highway drive the started overheats... BUT that would still mean the clock and **** should come on.
Meaning... main relay is the culprit!!!

my battery in my 1st gen crx liked to play tricks like this on me...if the ground wasnt tight as all humanly possible it would become lose from driving and the car wouldnt start...and I guess from gettin in and shutting the door it rattled it back into a place that was good enough to get the car started...so u can check ur battery grounds and then the relay

My buddy and I were on I-75 north and his car just cut out... I knew right away his negative battery terminal just slipped right off.
