starter gone????

starter gone????
is the starter the problem???

When I turn the key and I hear a rapid fire ticking noise! The car wont start and the lights arnt dim.

Help please

if its a ticking noise your battery is dead.
if its a clicking noise then its your starter.

put a voltmeter to your battery.

that's your soleniod engaging and disengaing cause there isnt' enough amps to get it to stay engaged

check battery voltage and current draw then go from there

battery...get a boost from another car and try it...if it starts, it's a battery.
