Stage 2 clutch
#2
The real question is how much power are you planning on making? Most decent aftermarket clutches have a HP or torque capacity rating( convert as you wish)
It's really whether you can live with a super grabby clutch or not, if your doing it day in day out stuck in heavy traffic all the time it get become tiring.
Now when you say "stage 2" what does that entail?
Both copper and ceramic friction material provide "instant" engagement but lack in the finesse department.
Also, another thing to consider is if the friction disc has a solid or sprung centre hub. Again the sprung hub will aid in the finesse/tractibility department making your starts that little bit smoother.

to sum this up... yes a Stage 2 is overkill for a daily driver... If your not doing any mods then just get an exedy OEM replacement. They are still good enough to withstand and additional small increase in Tourque so even with simple bolt ons an Exedy Replacement would be just fine.. Don't waste your money.
