If your car came originally equipped with an air bag in the steering wheel, it's illegal to replace it with one that doesn't have one.

It is illegal to replace the existing steering wheel (with airbag) with an aftermarket one.

But if its just the light annoying you, could you not just take out the bulb in the back of the gauge cluster? It works in 94+ Integras. (removing the bulb that is)

A SRS light indicates a malfunction in the system. Why not take it to the dealer you bought from? Other than that, there is an SRS fuse you could remove. I don't know on the 93s where it would be. If you plan to sell the car later, you should keep the airbags around. If not, sell them on e-bay. Don't buy a Momo wheel, Mugen has some nice wheels as does Sparco.
