squealing creak over bumps and turns??

when i drive and go over bumps and make turns either way..the car has like a screeching squeal.. also while driving and not braking the right side gives off a steady "eee-eee-eee" which is relative to my speed, which goes away when i brake..

however my big deal is that screeching squeal..i can get it to make noise also if the car is stopped and i jerk the wheel..

p.s. i have no power steering,

any idea??

my apologies..its a 1990 civic two door hatch..

the noise is coming from the front passenger side..

describe what happens when you turn.

if you turn one way does the noise not happen?.. just check your front end. You might need new front brakes.

yeah id also recomend looking at your brakes, may also be the dust shield around the rotor
