If you do a search you will find more than plenty of information. Anyway, this is the last time I am going to bother with this.
It comes down to what you want...
Let me break it down for you
Springs/Shocks Combo - (Personal Choice #2) Amazing Handling/Great ride/As far as looks, in my opinion Springs don't lower the car enough.
Coil over sleeves/Shocks Combo - (Personal Choice #3) This is the worst setup ever, even if you use ground control or skunk2 sleeves with koni yellows, it's still not as good as a full coil over system that you could get for the same amount of money. Handling (On track) good, street, not so good. Ride is absolute garbage. Looks are excellent since you can raise or lower the car.
Full Coil Over system - (Personal Choice #1) Great handling, Amazing for track, Pretty good ride comfort, Excellent as far as looks go.
And results vary with the brand name of springs/shocks/coil overs that you choose, however the break down is generalized to give you a fair idea.
