imported_SaYjAiBaO 26-Nov-2005 04:10 PM

i think you can rent them from parts source. i'm not sure but give them a call and see.

imported_SIR_Injected 26-Nov-2005 04:31 PM

imported_alwaysoverkill 26-Nov-2005 10:37 PM

just go rent it, its free to rent from canadian tire, you just leave a deposit on credit card. rent it and return it an hour later, its free

Chigga1 26-Nov-2005 10:45 PM

if your putting on lowering springs, you do not need it period.. why would u need to compress springs which are lower????

imported_SIR_Injected 27-Nov-2005 01:16 AM

http://tinypic.com/hvtrur.jpg

bought these used they are apperntly from a 96-00 civic but all springs from 88-00 fit rite?

the cup does not fit right at the top wtf! man hear we go again

-Rob-

imported_loudsubz 27-Nov-2005 09:17 PM

is the spring physically to large ti fit into the cup? sometimes its tight but you should be able to apply some silicone spray to it or a bit of grease and slide the hate over the top

put a spring compressor on both sides of the spring so its compressed evenly

imported_SIR_Injected 27-Nov-2005 09:18 PM

there is a comprssor on other side!!

the spring size is to big for the cup size at the top :S i tired using a vise and hitting it ect... this is b/s man!

Chigga1 27-Nov-2005 09:30 PM

what car is this from??

what spring is it for??? meaning year???

what car is this going on?

imported_SIR_Injected 27-Nov-2005 09:37 PM

Spring from 96-00 civic coupe

fitting on 90 EF hathcback

imported_GoldBadge 27-Nov-2005 09:47 PM

Compare your EF springs with these and see if there's much difference in diameter at the top. Also examine length, etc...

imported_SIR_Injected 27-Nov-2005 11:17 PM

diameter is a little smaller obviously! they wont fit in the cup!

they sit perfect in the bottom seat.

imported_SIR_Injected 27-Nov-2005 11:51 PM

i shouldnt have listen to people sayin all civic spring's work cuz they DONT! now i need to sell these and get EF springs asap

Younes Si 28-Nov-2005 12:54 AM

well....that sux, you should have done more research :notfair:

imported_SIR_Injected 28-Nov-2005 06:53 AM
