Sportline Kit Or Pro-kit???

Does anyone have pictures comparing both? I am afraid the Pro-Kit will not look low enough, but that means I have to spend $100 more to get 3/4 of a inch? Any of you who have the Pro-Kit let me know how she looks. Thanks

Adam

you won't be able to tell the difference in pictures...

basically, this is how it goes down... both will sag a bit, so in about 1-2 years you'll be 1/2 inch lower yet. My buddy and his brother both ride Pro-Kit, one on RSX and the other on a Protege... and I ride Pro-Kit on my Saturn. I enjoy it a lot, but your car won't look DUMPED, it'll just look RIGHT if you got upsized rims on it. It'll look like it should have looked right from the factory. You may not want that look though so it's up to you.

Jooksingkid has Eibach pro kit on his EH2 and its looks great. He rides lower than me and I have H&R sports.

Thanks for the info. I think I am going to go with different springs all together now. The H&R Sport Sport Springs are looking pretty good to me. What are some good shocks to go with these?

I was just going to say the same thing. Some people don't like how the Eibach springs sag so much in the rear. H&R springs were are designed with this "sag" in mind. Once on the car, the front will look lower than than the rear...it gives an aggressive type look.

This is a pic of Mike's EK with H&R sports. You'll have to scroll down a bit.

Yea thats the look I want. They are a good price too. Can I drive with the H&R springs on the stock shocks for a while, till I get some more cash for some good shocks? Or would that be a bad idea.

Yes you can. I road with my stock shocks for about 5 months.

You can compliment H&R sports with many different shocks. KYB AGX, Koni Yellow/Red, Tokico, etc. It all depends on your budget.

it all depends on the look you want. The sportlines are very low and if you have a skirt or lip, you must be careful. As for the pro-kit, the car is lowered but can't see big diff with stock wheels and tires. If you are going for looks, go with sportlines. If you are going for just performance, go with the pro-kit.

I have the prokit and i love not being too low, and it does look just right with upsize rims... even with my stock steelies and snowtires that i'm riding on now, it looks perfect, the way a car should look, not dumped... and it's bad enough in the winter with the prokit i don't even want to imagine what it'd be like with lower springs, i'm still on stock shocks, i'm gonna ride them till they blow most likely, but i haven't had a problem with them at all yet. I attached a driving pic for you... and that's with subs in the back so that's as much as it'll sag...

yep, just painted... and the beauty with pro-kit (maybe sportline as well i can't say as i don't have them) is that the ride isn't that far off from stock, honestly i'd even say that it's nicer than my stock ride.... until you put the rims on lol....
