Speedo needle was just working. Now its not
 

So i just took off the ricer cluster cover that came with the car, to reveal the OEM cluster. The speedo was working when I had the ricer crap on.

Now it doesnt tell me the speed im going

Yes its plugged in properly
Yes I cleaned the plug out
Still no go

The fuel and temp gauge work

Any ideas guys. The ricer cluster cover was wired so it can light up blue. i took out all those wires. I tried the speedo with the wires, nothing. then i took the wires out, still nothing. So I dont think that factors in.
