Special Washers

This is a question directed towards tony (sketch) but anyone else that knows this feel free to answer

Putting EG shocks on an EK, what washer can you use for the rear LCA, since theres a gap between. On some aftermarket shocks Ive seen thick washer on both sides of the LCA to fit the wider housing in, but im wondering if regular washers from the local HD will work fine?
thanks.

I used the extra ones from my original shocks - you know how there are those ones on top of the dust boot? I used those I'd use stainless if I were you... it's cheap enough not to break the bank.
