Spark Plugs

I need some help folks.

Any other differences between NGK ZFR6F-11 and NGK ZFR7F-11 other than the fact the one is colder than the other?

Are they both extended/long reach?

Which is better? Engine going into is a JDM D15B VTEC with I/H/E and ECU P08 mod.

What do you guys think?

the only difference is the heat range.
I would go with the ZFR6F-11. You don't have any mods that require a colder plug.
Up the compression or boost or spray then i would get a colder plug, but for a stock engine the 6's are more than sufficient.
