Spark Plug Wires

I need help deciding which wires I should get for my car, a 94 si.

OEM Hondas cost 110 tax in

Bosch ones from CT cost 130 +tax

And Accell from CT cost like 75 bucks + tax

Now, I didnt think that wires cost that much, I wanted to spend around 50-75 taxes in for wires, is that realistic? Or should I just save up some more cash and buy the OEMs? TIA

place named auto spot on dundas in mississauga has the same ngk wires (blue) canadian tire sells for 70+tax for around $50

When should wires be replaced? Mine is a 98 with 106000kms, is it time yet?

OEM or NGK, it did not do much for me, I have the 10.5mm sparkco. It did give more response, but my old wires were old so newer ones would restore power.
