spark plug help

spark plug help

i pulled out an NGK BCPR6EGP plug but the tming belt cover says to replace with ZRF5J so i bought these but they look slighty different from the ones i took out. I have a D16Z6.. which ones should i use?

NGK all the way for Honda's and 95% of the Jap cars. Champion plugs are only used mostly in american gm cars. Good luck.

i think follow the timing belt cover, it could have just been that the previous owner/shop whatever just put in any ol spark plugs...

or they could've used any ol timing belt cover, but i think that's less likely

use the zrf ones, those are the 4593 (ngk stock number) which are used in most 4cyl hondas 92 and up...the ones u pulled out I believe are the pre 92 plugs like in your old engine or by a mechanic that didnt know the motor was swapped and ordered plugs for a 91 civic
