Sound of VTEC disengaging...
I know alot about engines, but still new to hondas...
When I floor it and hit VTEC, then let off and the rpms drop down, I can hear a one time "click" or "tick" sound when the VTEC pins in the followers disengage.
Is this normal on a b16a2? Does anybody else know what I'm talking about?
It's not loud, but it is noticable when you listen for it.
Thanks.
