if everyone who's ever 'thought' about doing a turbo project actually did it, then 90% of ppl on this site would have turbos.

odds are you won't do a god damn thing.

For your SOHC, you will get better gains off a turbo then a supercharger, due to the small displacement of your engine. If your worried about turbo spool time, get a small turbo.
It also depends on what you want to do with the car. For example, I use my car as a daily driver. My weapon of choice is the small but deadly :P IHI RHB5. If thats a little too small, you may want a t28 or t3, and if you plan to drag your probably going to want a t3/t4. Or if you dont feel like piecing the kit yourself, get a premade kit from greddy or edelbrock.
Just remember if you plan to go above 200whp you need to build your engine a bit. But the d-series are great platforms for boost.
Thats all i can think of for now.

don't waste your time with a supercharger. If you are going to boost go with a turbo. Stay with your current engine.

if you F/I go with a turbocharger. Also, it sounds like you need to do a lot of research. I forget where I found it, but there was a link to a website that teaches you how to install a turbo kit, what parts you need, how each part works. I believe bbarbulo posted it. Before you do anything, make sure you know what you are doing.

I am still confused as hell as far as power source goes. FI or NA, D or B, whatever.

But a spare D16A6 block is what going to get me started. Talking won't get me anywhere. But I think I am pretty sure on D16 idea, just unsure which way to go, yet. At least I got the right black to work with.

I went for the first time to a dyno on the weekend, got up there to have them tell me they cant strap down the car because i removed 1 of the tow hook to fit the intercooler piping. So no real numbers yet.

How much $$ are you looking to spend?

You might want to pickup an automotive book and read up forced induction.

FYI: H22a, RSX-S (K??) already put down 200ish HP. B16 start at 160HP. D16/ZC SOHC are around 130(max)HP
