Size of Transmissions? Auto vs Man.

Knowing that the auto transmission in a 95 LX is 16.5 inches from the bell housing to the end tip, would someone tell me the size (in the same fashion) of the manual transmission on a D15 engine?

I really need this info for my swap.

Thanks.

SG

It's a little smaller, but not by much.
Why do you ask?

I'm installing a 95 D15 into my 1982 wagon.
It's very tight (too tight) with the auto transmission. If I would gain a few inches from the manual transmission, that would make my life much easier.

I'll measure tonight and see what the length of the manual gearbox is for you.
