If your car doesn't one then adding a front or rear sway bar will increase your handling. The more you add to your suspension the better it will get.

As for quality I'm not to sure, You should look into what the thickness of the SB is, I beleive the thicker they get the more performance you get.

The front and rear sway bars have to be balanced. Thicker does not mean better. If you are drving an Si (or any Civic already with a front anti-sway bar), adding a rear will tighten up the car alot. I have this addition, and afterwards have very minimal understeering! Because the Si's have thinner front anti-sway bars than the SiRs, the overall effect is a rear end that's more prone to swinging when you turn, hence oversteering. So that's a good addition. However $150 is kind of steep. I picked up the complete rear suspension/break step off a 2000 SiR from a junkyard in Kitchener for $600. I would not pay more than $100 for it. Make sure that the end joins of the sway bar is present and not cut. They cost $100 at the dealer to replace.
