Buy Honda OEM screws from the dealer

http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/auto/jsp/mws/prddisplay.jsp?inputstate=5&catcgry1=Civic&catcgry 2=2000&catcgry3=2DR+SI&catcgry4=KA5MT&catcgry5=REA R+BEAM

According to this, it's 8MM nuts (#7), so I guess they use studs that come up from the bottom.

Thanks Bruno.

I don't think I have the studs from the bottom though.

Car is not here.

I will check when the G/F comes home.

No, you won't have studs... mine just has dimples where you are supposed to drill, but apparently loudsubz' car had pre-drilled holes only covered up by little rubber grommets. While you are at it, go to a factory industrial supply place, and order stainless steel fastners in the 8mm variety.

M8 or M10 will do you fine.

4 x Bolts (20 mm)
4 x Nuts
8 x Washer

Use Stainless Steel if you can

I just went to CT and bought a pack of nut/bolts that were the right diamater, I think 3/8" bolt, bought some washer and I was set, no need to go all out with metric or buy the OEM stuff. its just a bolt.

I just picked up some fine threaded nuts and bolts from Home Depot that were M8 or stronger.

Yes, like the boys said you'll have rubber caps that you just pop off and you'll already have holed pre-drilled for the bar!

Bolts? Just reach though the fender well wayyyyyy up and you can put the bolts though the inside of the fender and up to the bar w/ a nut onto.

If your car's dumped (2.0"+) you might not be able to get your arm inbetween the top of the tire and into the fender well, so you might have to jack up the car a bit.

92-93's did. 94-95's didn't. That applies to the hatches and coupes... not too sure about the sedan.
