SiR exhaust on an EK sedan ??

Hehe... funny you should ask. I wanted to know the same thing, and apparently the part numbers are the same for aftermarket exhausts. For example:
Item#: 5Z-FBEH304-15 $488.00
5 ZIGEN Fireball Exhaust System For Honda Civic 96-00 (DX/LX/HX) 2 & 4DR Model
So, I guess that's a yes... but I don't know for sure.

No prob at all....5Zigen carries a CARB certification, so anyone who would fail that would be a fool. However, you do need a car that's in good shape, but what I'm saying is that you won't fail just because of it. I know my Civic puts out air that smells far better than some ppl's breath

lol ...... cool, I was kinda hesitant about getting an after market cat back because of emission issues.
Now I will consider going that route, I have a farily new car so it shouldn't effect anything.
heres a question, is it even worth getting an SiR exhaust?
is there much of a difference bettwen that and the stock one on our cars?

Yours was designed for 127 hp, the SiR was designed for 160 stock. It's an improvement, and prob more exhaust than our SOHC engines will ever need w/o boost. Why not the 5Zigen? It's all good with the 5Zigen.
