I/H/E, cams, Port and Polish. You may want to look into upping the compression if your serious. There's a bunch of small stuff you can do. Individually they dont make a difference, but all together you might actually get to 150whp, which is gsr territory.
Check out d-series.org. There is a great writeup there for an NA Y8.

P&P isnt really necessary on a motor thats aiming for 150whp P&P IS more effective on motors that will yield higher numbers.

Nonetheless it will improve the flow.

headwork means getting work done to your head. cam, valvetrain, mill, porting, etc.

Honestly man.. dont waste your money unless you are gonna spend 1-2000$. Even with that spent.. you'll still be dissapointed.

Your right christof like i said above a P&P (Port n Polish) Would be a waste of money if all your going to acheive is 150whp.

My head is P&P but im running close to 200whp.

If your willing to drop all this cash you may as well get a motor swap my friend. Has that idea crossed your mind?

well i always had a motor swap in mind
just that fact that i have an auto
so if i want to get into the b series
i have to to a tranny swap too
so...that's pointless
that's y i was wondering if there's any thing i can do...
just to get a better flow with not too much money spent

unless you're building it for boost, otherwise, going n/a on a d-series is too much cost for too lil gain, but you may feel a bit different...

save the $$$ to swap b-series or do a turbo to blow up that motor and swap in another one... or sell ur turbo after u blow that motor, and swap in a b hahaha
