I have a B&M and I love it, as far as installation goes, it's easy to install, but if your going to get a short shifter don't buy a cheap no name brands.The instructions that came with my B&M are extremely easy to follow.Hope that helps.

Or the tranny fluid could be old and needing a change.

I had a vibrant in my last civic and it was great. It comes with a new bushing and is easy to put in. As long as you have a jack and a couple stands you can do it with very little tools, just a couple wrenches and a screwdriver.
COST=DRIVER FX
SEARCH BY CAR AND YEAR LESS THEN $60

man short shifters are like $20 every where like ractive and vibrant etc...

i had a solo shifter in my last car got it at the scrap yard , some pour sap left it in his car and i got it. hehehehe

as for installation its all the same just need a socket set and vise grips and prob some penetrating fluid and your good to go.

good luck

go quality or dont go at all...nothin aluminum is good, TRUST ME...get a stainless steel unit like a b&m or skunk2...unless u like shifting with vice grips!
