ALOT of shops do swaps.

Ive done alot of swaps as side-jobs, but I really dont like doing them anymore, but will still do them.

Keep in mind when doing a swap its not about the guy who will do it the cheapest.. its good to find knowledgable people to swap it for you with experience. You dont want your clutch to be toast in 10,000km because it was installed wrong, or your timing belt to be too tight and snap and destory the engine, nor do you want to tow your car to another shop because they cant figure out why it wont start.

Try defcon, ART those guys have some good feedback.

I think with a lot of busier places that do swaps you are going to find people who have had good experiences and bad experiences. Make sure you go in and ask some knowledgable questions and try to get a complete total because there can be a lot of unexpecting costs. Also dont cheap out on things like a cheaper timing belt and waterpump, I say go with honda stuff. Change the clutch and resurface the flywheel at the least. Make sure you feel confident that they are going to do a good job before you put down the cash. Also make sure you are getting the engine/tranny you want. The b16 tranny has a short final gear like 120km/h reving around 4k so if you travel the highway a lot you might want to mate it was a b18 ls tranny.
imo

Yeah, I work beside them. I know the guys who work there, they are a good shop to go to IMO. Simon (the owner) is a real cool guy.

i wouldn't use a LS tanny on a b16, there are a few people on here (also with firsthand experience) that will back me up. The gears are too long for the 1.6L.
