Shop for strut & spring install?
Just picked up a set of Koni Yellow's and H&R Sports...can anyone recommend a reliable place for the install that won't be a rip off? I'm thinking around $250 would be a good price...let me know if I'm off on the price.
I'm in Richmond Hill but don't mind the trek if its worth it. Thanks in advance for any recommendations. |
why not do it yourself? its relativly easy and saves you alot of money. and its easy on our cars. if you want i could help you out since i did my car. i put teins in mine i got from a guy here. and since your cars an 05 it will be hella easy to get bolts off.

Why do people always say "do it yourself"
I'd like to see what a beginner would do when the lca bolt head snaps off because its seized. 250$ is pretty much what book value is. But most perf. shops charge around $150. Any shop should be able to do this. Mike (1sloweg) will probably do this, tell him chris sent ya. Or check out the affiliates. I would do it myself, but my garage is booked with a turbo install that will never, ever, ever end. |
That's cool...I had a feeling someone would tell me to do it myself...not really an option for me though...lack of tools/skills/driveway...I already got a PM with an offer to do the work for the price I mentioned...I'll check out a few places and see what they say for pricing too...
The other thing is that I want to get it done soon...don't want to wait...so it may just go to whomever can do it this weekend... Thanks for your thoughts guys... |
